The 7th dex Summer School in 2016 took, for the first time, place in Markt Schwaben in Bavaria next to the city of Munich. Dex sponsoring member HTI Gienger hosted the diverse group of young water professionals, with participants from Rumania, Germany, Bulgaria, Russia, Syria, Austria, Italy, India, Iran and Slovenia.
